Built in 1855 this beautifully restored Victorian guest house is superbly positioned on Scarborough's North Bay with unrivalled panoramic sea views. The guest house is within walking distance of Scarborough town centre and the beach.

The guest house has 4 Star status and offers a wide range of very comfortable accommodation - most with sea views. All 12 bedrooms are en-suite and have recently been tastefully re-decorated. Children are always welcome and we have a number of family rooms. All rooms are meticulously maintained and have TV, refreshment trays and a comprehensive information folder. Ironing facilities are available on request and valuables can be deposited in the safety deposit box situated in each room.

In the Victorian dining room, an extensive choice of breakfast is available from 8am - 9.30pm. Evening meals are also available from 6pm where traditional top quality food (including vegetarian dishes) are prepared to the highest standard. Please order evening meals before 10am on the day.

With the courteous and very friendly staff and on street parking, the guest house possesses a subtle blend of modern and traditional and plays host to many return guests.

We have a fully licensed well-stocked bar with sea view, where the guests are served at any reasonable time. We also now have free Wi-Fi available in the bar area.
